But I would like a better explanation of why I am not able to watch th CW network shows on ON-DEMAND. In north tx when we are paying for it.

I agree with the availability issues raised by other TWC subscribers. I, however, don't blame CW for not wanting to associate its programming with TWC OnDemand. CW offers an online library of some of its shows at http://www.cwtv.com/shows/.
As a TWC subscriber, I continue to be disappointed with TWC's poor customer service and perpetually unreliable products. Just yesterday, at TWC rep intimated I should be happy that I'm not charged to communicate with TWC customer service agents. Yup, that happened.
If I were CW, I wouldn't go anywhere near the pathologically awful monolith that is TWC.

The CW is a joint business venture between the CBS and Time Warner Corporations.........so the content provider and the cable company are from the same corporation. Doesn't make any sense.
