TV Guide Not Working Properly

On one of the TV's, the guide says "not available" and we can't get it to work. A look at individual programs shows the wrong time (an hour or so ahead) and so the wrong program is listed. How can we fix this?

I've had the same thing happen to me before. The way I fixed it was by rebooting by unplugging the cable box from the power outlet and then plugging it back in. Have you tried this step already?
