Hope you are doing well! My question is about the Sports Pass channels. Throughout most of the Midwest markets back in December, there were about ten to fifteen channels planned for addition to the Sports Pass Package. In fact, because there are so many markets in which they were scheduled to launch, if you are a TWC sub and live in most Midwest markets, you go to your local TWC site and go down to the page where it says "Regulatory" and select your State or Region, you can find Channel Announcements there.
Anyway, some of the channels that were supposed to launch were World Fishing Network, Pac-12, FightNow HD, Horse Racing Network. Most of you in those markets probably remember that announcement. I can reproduce the announcement for our Milwaukee Wisconsin region with a link here:
Includes: Kenosha, Milwaukee, Plymouth, Racine.
Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future: Gol TV, WE, WE HD, IFC, IFC HD, Mexico 22, Once Mexico, Lifetime, Lifetime HD, LMN, LMN HD, Lifetime Real Women, You Too, CSN Chicago, E!, E HD, Style, Style HD, Encore channels including Action, Drama, Love, Suspense, Family, Westerns and Encore HD, Music Choice channels 901-946 and 437, NHL, NHL HD, NHL Center Ice, Retroplex, Smithsonian HD and Smithsonian HD On Demand, Sprout, Starz! channels including Cinema, Edge, In Black, Kids & Family, HD and On Demand.
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned: The following channels will be added to TWC Sports Pass: TV Games on 335, HRTV on 336Universal Sports Net HD on 1314, One World Sports HD on 1338, World Fishing Network HD on 1348, Outside Television HD on 1349 and Pac12 regional HD networks on channels 1393, 1394,1395, 1396, 1397 and 1398, and Fight Now HD on 1399. In February, Juicy On Demand programs are moving into Adult On Demand, channel 700, channel 702 will not be available after 3/6. Time Warner Cable will offer a Free Preview of HBO and Cinemax 3/29/13 - 3/31/13. It is available to all Digital subscribers and may contain PG, PG-13, TV-14, TVMA and R rated programs. If you wish to have this Preview blocked, and parental control information, visit twc.com or call 1-800-TWCABLE. Programming is subject to change. Not all services available in all areas. Restrictions may apply.
The new services listed below will require two-way capable digital cable ready equipment, such as a Time Warner Cable-provided set-top box or a CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Product (UDCP) used in conjunction with a Tuning Adapter. Other UDCPs may not be able to access these services without additional equipment, such as a set-top box: TV Games, HRTV, Universal Sports Net HD, One World Sports HD, World Fishing Network HD, Outside Television HD, Pac12 regional HD networks, Fight Now HD.
What happened to those channels? Most markets had a $3.00 increase in Sports Pass fees, and I thought that fee was to cover the cost of the new channels. I used Twitter, and Tweeted our local office about those stations maybe two months ago. They responded back there is no information available about those channels at this time.
If anyone has any updates on these stations, please reply in this post, or give a reason for the delay if known. Is this because:
1.) There's a system bandwidth issue in some markets, and TWC can't add more channels because of this?
2.) A snag occurred in negotiations and issues are still being worked out, but the channels will be added?
3.) A snag occurred in negotiations and potential fee increases would be too high for the stations to be added, so TWC decided not to add them and they will not be added?
Thanks for your help!

I have also been waiting for the same changes since October in WNY along with NESN-National. I don't understand why WGN-America with White Sox and Cubs games is carried in 95% of the other Time Warner divisions except Buffalo.
