During the Patriots-Jets game, my NFL network was not in HD, blurry, and took up only 3/4 of the screen. Every other channel was fine. I wasted 1 hour on the phone with customer service only to be told that there was nothing that they could do. This is unnacceptable. Technical Support has been utterly useless and sometimes rude when I have had to deal with problems. Just because you have a near-monopoly on services doesn't mean you can treat customers like garbage.
