I respect that Time Warner is not willing to pay more to broadcast CBS etc. But they say they are watching our costs.
If this is true, then we should be entitled to a reimbursement for loss of services and
Please quit spending money on those stupid, annoying commercials. They are bad. The scripts are stupid. The acting is bad. I would much rather these advertising dollars be spent in better product and better customer service

It is my understanding that Showtime would continue to broadcast on TimeWarner. They claim that TimeWarner said no. I have been out of town and out of touch for the past several weeks. I am very disappointed in TimeWarner. This of course is not the first time. Dexter's last season and they do this. Mmmm.

News like telling people who lost CBS to get rabbit ears really shows how uncaring TWC is. Stupidity is evidently growing in TWC. If people wanted rabbit ear antenna they wouldn't have cable to begin with. TWO is the most expensive and least capable cable system I've used in the last 15 years. I'm sure people are sticking with you because they don't really have a choice, like I don't.
Watched Dexter for years and only still watch cause I want to see it end and how they finally get it over. Now I can't because TWC is so full of themselves that they can't even negotiate. I'll bet the executives of TWC get all the channels they want even now. Screw the customer - in the long run they will all leave you as other choices exist.

We are now weeks and weeks into this negotiation mess. How is it that Verizon can do a deal in a couple days, but the company I pay thousands of dollars to can not come to agreement. Really? Are you this incompetent, or do you really not care about the customer and don't really care if we are happy or not? Is it only about the profits for you?
By the way, I'm so sick of the advertising you are doing, trying to place all the blame on the other guy. I'm paying YOU to get this done. So, get it DONE! If I was the CEO, I'd fire the whole mess of you. As a matter of fact, I guess I do have that right. If this is not fixed by end of August, I will fire TWC. Enough said, you have your marching orders. GET IT DONE!

I was credited some ridiculously tiny amount for this disruption on my last bill, but the bill still went up. I can't imagine how much more I'll be charged when this is resolved. It won't matter to many of us, though, since you're helping us find alternatives to TWC which, in most cases, are proving to be superior services.
I know this post most likely won't get any higher than the customer service tier on the organizational chart if it's read at all, but at least when Mr. Marcus takes over next year he'll have lots less subscribers to have to deal with.
