terrible service

prices increased at the start of this year, but service is declining. Tonight, neither ESPN nor on deman is working reliably. 


What is Spectrum going to do to keep me from switching to AT&T?

What did customer service say when you contacted them to ask them to check out your signal?

and probably the wrong forum as well, should be in the TV, not the internet connectivity one.

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages.

Where is it splitter wise compared to the cable box?

Hold in the select button on your remote for 10 seconds and then hit the up arrow... Whats the IB  signal level and the OOB tx and rx levels?

bet you have a coaxial issue or too many splitters, open ports, etc.
