New York Islanders

Looking for Islanders fans in the Capital District. Does anyone understand the programming for Islanders/MSG Plus.
We are missing a lot of games this year. Tonight (10/30/18) there's no reason I can see why the game isn't on. They are showing a replay of college football, and they're not even showing the replay later. I don't know if is Spectrum, MSG or even NHL rules that is affecting the coverage.
Any information is appreciated.

Re: New York Islanders

The Sabres are home tonight (10/30).

You are deemed to be in the home market for four NHL clubs, but the Sabres hold the trump card, since you are not in the NYC TV market (you are north of Sullivan, Ulster, and Dutchess Counties).

Same rules apply for Devils and Islanders.  In a nutshell, if the Sabres are home, they are the only game shown.  If the Sabres are NOT home, then it depends on the bandwidth your cable company dedicates to the five possible feeds.

DirecTV will get you all five MSG feeds simultaneously.  Rangers, Devils, Islanders, Sabres, Knicks.  (Read the article at HFBoards...)
