Neverending Amber Alert in Garner, NC

I don't know why you guys can't figure out how to program your emergency broadcast stuff, but I have been receiving the same Amber Alert for "Ezra David Jones" for the past two hours.

It renders TV service inoperable. It's a constantly scrolling red bar at the top, and it mutes all sound across all channels, making my TV service useless.  I have rebooted the box 5 times, but the same Amber Alert reappears after 5 minutes with the exact same issues: doesn't go away, constan red bar, mutes all sound on all channels, TV useless again. Lather, rinse, repeat.

SERIOUSLY?! For TWO HOURS and counting! Smiley Mad

How badly were you hit by Florence?

Maybe the storms could be affecting the behavior of the signal resulting in a stuck Amber Alert?  Our mods generally don't work the board after 10pm into the night.  But for faster service, you might want to go to  Ask Spectrum on Twitter https://twitter.com/ask_spectrum

Get a Twitter account or log in to your existing account and follow the page.  Tell them you have a Stuck Amber Alert in Garner, NC and give your zip code.  A ticket may need to be opened here.
