Channels I signed up for aren't there.

I signed up for the 21.99 spectrum TV app special. At least three of the channels say I'm not subscribed. I tried rebooting wifi, signing out , signing back in, deleting app redownloading . I stopped at my local store they couldn't fix it said to call tech support I don't have a phone to call. On my bill it lists the channels I should have. I digged up for the app at my local store it's been a week and paying for thing I can't use can anyone please help? Thank you.
