Your service is horrible and customer service is just as bad. Channels I'm supposed to have don't come in such as TNT.

What level of service are you paying for? Writing that you do not receive a channel that you claim to receive does not help us peer-to-peer supporters.

1. What video package do you subscribe to? Starter? select? Silver? Gold? Are you on a legacy TWC plan or a Spectrum plan?

2. Are you also an internet subscriber? Do you have internet issues?

3. Are you renting cable equipment ( box, dta, cable card)
