After last update cannot stop, fforward or rewind dvr

There was an update very early this morning and afterwards I cannot stop, fast forward or rewind DVR recordings or On Demand. This was everything I loved about your service.

Hi Jones,

 

This is often resolved by a cold reboot of the box.  Power off the box.  Unplug it for about a minute.  Than plug it back in.  Wait for the box to reboot, up to 10 minutes.  Than the box should work as intended.
