Ok, so I have a Ceton InfiniTV4 pci. I've been using a CC in it since March. I am moving and my roommate is staying so I had to turn in all my equipment and she had to get a new CC and TA. She is using the same computer and nothing has changed except those 2 things. I never had issues when rebooting the computer with the CC and TA I had, but with hers every time the computer reboots We have to call CC support to get the CP Auth resent to the card. In the Ceton diagnostics page it states it's not validated. Why is it not keeping the validation? Shouldn't it automatically be validated when the computer has started back up.

I'm going through the exact thing now with my Ceton. The TW rep I spoke to said it was likely a problem with the Ceton. After sending Ceton a diagnostic, they confirmed that my card is damaged. I'm going through the RMA process with them now.
