But with that said, ive kept TA for several days and tried rebooting. Once they go offline, they wont come back on even after calling cablecard support to send signals or whatever they do. Call always ends in "its stuck in one way mode, you need to swap it out "

Twc has been out here 4 times. They put a new splitter box outside. All of the interior splitters are brand new. They check the levels everytime out. My signal is perfect. One thing i didn't mention, not sure it effects TA but the bandwidth is overutilized in my area. To the point that i lose at least 90% of my bandwidth during peak hours and sometimes i cant even access the internet.

while the modem signal levels are good, the errors are bad!

Your also getting T3 and T 4 errors.

 Are all connectors tight, especially at the splitter and both sides of any wall plates?

 

 Can you tell me what model # the splitter is and does it have the modem on the -3.5 dB port?

Twc needs to come out and check levels, replace connectors, the grounding block anything that looks corroded, etc.

0&0 is bad.

 Do these have external power supplies on them and are they getting hot? What's the voltage and current on them?

 

 

Go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 and copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages.

If those are out of spec, the ta's will have issues as well

yes they have all been set up that way. the splitter is one the tech installed. the upstream modem actual is 0 and the SNR is 0, as is everytime these go offline. seems something is burning up inside. not sure of error log location but fault report is blank....

Is it connected like this and what sort of splitter is between your TWC modem an it?

 Then copy and paste your modems signal level and error log pages.

motorola tuning adapter

I recently purchased a tivo series 3 a month ago.  5 tuning adapters later, im stuck returning this one and hoping they have another to give me. Ive had several techs out here changing splitters and rerunning wires. This is not a signal problem, if that was the case, then wouldnt the adapter come back online when the signal is stable again? I kept one for four days once and still couldnt get it to come online. Is anyone else having this problem? its a motorola mtr700. and why wont they give me the cisco brand to try?
