describe where the modem is splitter wise compared to the TA's from the incomming coax.
Is the hauppage connected to the TA's out coax port?

I have a Hauppage 2650 TV tuner plus the cable card and tuning adapter from TWC and use Media center to record TV to a computer hard drive, The log for the TV tuner frequently shows a message (twice in the part 2 days) that the cable card has reset and that there has been a161-0 error code and I should contact TWC. This results in the EMMs dropping to zero and I have to call to get "hits" until I reach the magic number of 40. What is the problem and how can it be corrected?
